Aileron Estate Vineyard, Coombsville
Coombsville, Sauvignon Blanc, organic, dry farmed vineyard. Grown on an old river bed in the Coombsville district this vineyard produces only 3 tons to the acre. This gives the wine a concentrated mineral quality that is unique to its place. Due to the farming practices of organically grown and dry framed this vineyard is very sensitive to mother nature and the variations in weather from year to year, producing a singular wine that is nuanced with the different vintages.
Howell Mountain Vineyard
Howell Mountain, Cabernet Sauvignon. Shannon’s family planted the Rancho Del Oso Vineyard in 1997. Block 3 of this mature hillside vineyard is grown in deep red volcanic soil that gives the wine deep texture and body. This vineyard is at the origin of the Shannon's family farming operation and we are happy to have the support of the O’Shaughnessy Estate Winery to provide fruit from this exceptional vineyard.
